Our Traditional Tai Chi & Qigong methods align with evidence-based guidelines to enhance self-management skills, mobility, balance, mental well-being, and overall health outcomes in individuals managing chronic conditions. We collaborate with healthcare organizations, senior centers, assisted living community programs, and various funding partners to expand the reach and impact of our CDSME initiatives.
